Welcome to Aldersgate Bro. Dan and Faye!

Aldersgate welcomes Rev. Dan Tilly and Faye to Aldersgate as our new senior pastor.  Dan is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church and has been serving at First Methodist Church in Union City.  Dan has extensive educational background with a bachelor’s degree in Bible/Theology
from William Jennings Bryant College and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.  He taught at Dyersburg State Community College as an adjunct instructor of Philosophy.  Dan has a passion for teaching the Bible and has taught Christian Apologetics and Wesleyan Studies.

Bro. Dan and Faye have been married for 43 years and have two children, Nathan and Tannah.  Nathan is an attorney in Jackson and is married to Rachel.  They have three children.  Tannah and her husband reside in Redding, California with their daughter Ella.  Faye is a retired teacher in public, private, and home schooling.

Bro. Dan’s first Sunday at Aldersgate will be August 9th.  We are planning on a church-wide welcome luncheon on August 30th with details to be announced.  Please join us in welcoming Dan and Faye to the Aldersgate family.
